Self-tape material can be found anywhere! I personally like to go on monologue websites and just pick out whatever speaks to or challenges me. For me, the benefits of taping consistently include: becoming more comfortable with acting in front of a camera phone and lights, improving memory, as well as providing me with a wide range of material I can send to people interested in working with me.
